The path to this point in my life has been full of challenges — just like everyone else’s journey. But through those challenges, I discovered something vital: a deep desire to listen, learn, and walk alongside others as they navigate life. That calling has shaped everything I do and has led me here, to Libby, Montana, where I founded Mountain Rose Connections (now growing into Mountain Rose Trading & Healing Arts).
From the very beginning, my heart has been drawn to helping people feel better — to create space where healing, balance, and joy are possible. Over the years, I’ve walked many paths: as a therapist, a healer, a jewelry maker, and a spiritual guide. Each role has taught me that true healing is not found in titles or credentials alone, but in authentic connection.
Yes, I hold degrees and professional accomplishments. But what matters most is this: I am real. I am human. I have survived many storms of my own, and it is from that lived experience that I share what I’ve learned. Healing, to me, is not something abstract — it is personal, grounded, and sacred.
🌿 My Philosophy of Healing
Balance — mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically — is the foundation of true wellbeing. When we are out of balance, life feels heavy and fragmented. But when we begin to restore harmony, even in small ways, life shifts.
It can be as simple as taking a moment to notice joy: the way the light falls through the trees, the sound of laughter, the stillness of your breath. Those small moments of joy are the beginning of transformation. They soften the mind, open the heart, and invite a new way of seeing the world.
I believe healing begins with this: a willingness to choose joy, to remember who you are, and to walk forward in love.

Through therapy, energy healing, sacred geometry, and intuitive guidance, I help people clear limiting beliefs, release old pain, and reconnect with their true essence. My work is not about “fixing” you — it’s about walking beside you as you reclaim your own light.
I was gifted the name Red Mountain Rose Woman in ceremony, and it continues to guide me. Like the rose rooted deep in the mountain, I carry both resilience and softness, strength and beauty. My intention is always to “come and go in a good way,” honoring Creator and the wisdom of the elders.
Whether through a healing session, a piece of sacred jewelry, or simply a conversation, my goal is the same: to help you remember your own wholeness and to support you as you step into balance, freedom, and joy.
